Diamond State Roofing School

Our Mission

Our mission at Diamond State Roofing School is to provide a high-quality, comprehensive, and meaningful education for all students. The foundation of this program is built through meaningful relationships, relevant and engaging learning, and effective communication. Our goal is to challenge our students to be better than they think they can be, and to advocate for the greater good of our future workforce. Our success in this mission will build lifelong, confident learners, who have the tools necessary for success in a changing world.

Our Approach

Our approach at DSRS is to provide students with a realistic path to success. Our purpose, values, and relationships are what drives us to help our students reach their goals. This isn’t an easy path; it takes conviction from our students to complete the classroom and on the job training hours; however, if the work is done, it will lead to life changing opportunities.

Our Goal

Every person is unique, but they all have one thing in common. They want to be successful. We want to be able to help you achieve that success. Our goal at DSRS is to teach our students the correct way to install roofing materials and get master training in all aspects of roofing. By teaching this trade, our hope is to instill knowledge and discipline in our students that they can carry with them throughout their careers.

Our Story

Due to the high demand for workers in the roofing industry and seeing the job analytics and projections for the future, we at Diamond State created this school to bring new skilled labor to an industry of great need. We wanted to offer a different avenue for people looking to work in the trade industry.

At DSRS, not only will our students receive knowledge and hands on training, they will also be assisted in job placement. Diamond State is a Federal program, which means that the student can take their accreditation anywhere in the US and prove that they are qualified to earn higher wages. Diamond State Roofing School plans on being a leader and example for other Vocational and Apprenticeship programs throughout the state of Arkansas.
