Lead Instructor/Roof Consultant
“Everyone in our community deserves the opportunity to learn a professional skill-set and/or a second chance. I have personally mentored many over the years and have seen them advance from helper to management.”
With almost 30 years of experience, Bob’s passionate delivery of fundamental roof knowledge is helping our students take their careers to the next level. Starting out as a laborer, Bob worked his way up from installer to management. His success as a top performer in commercial roofing and distribution sales led him to pioneer Arkansas’s first and only skylight company. In addition, Bob continues to serve as a roof consultant for many major accounts throughout the greater Little Rock area.
When asked why he wanted to join our team he replied, “I believe in second chances. If a man really wants to better himself and his family, then I want to pour into him just like others have poured into me. To be able to personally impact the next generation of roofing professionals for our State excites and motivates me to do what we do every day at Diamond State Roofing School”.
